Occurs after an annotation has been deleted.

Remarks
This event is raised when the user hits the DEL key or selects the Delete menu item (
) in the annotation's default context menu and the deletion has been allowed in the BeforeAnnotationDelete event handler.
It allows the application to perform additional actions after the annotation has been deleted.
