Remarks

This event is raised when the user selects a different outline item in the PdfDocumentOutlineView control. The application can handle this event to perform actions based on the selected outline item, such as updating other UI elements or displaying additional information related to the selected item.
The newly selected outline item can be accessed through the PdfVisualOutlineItemEventArgs.VisualOutlineItem property of the event arguments. If there is no selected outline item, the PdfVisualOutlineItemEventArgs.VisualOutlineItem property will be null.
